Today was Reese's 2 week check-up at the doctor. I can't believe she's already 2 weeks old. I know she's only 2 weeks old, but I feel like I've been doing this forever. Seriously, I can't even remember what our life was like before her. The Lord is so good - we waited so long to become a mommy and daddy - and I can't believe we are. What a precious gift!
Stats:
Weight: 6 lbs. 5.5 oz (still SO tiny!!)
Length: 19 inches
We have to go back in 2 weeks for a weight check just to make sure she's gaining about an oz per day. She should have no problem...but, just in case!
Next on the list, her 2 month check-up.
She did SO well for Dr. K. Sanchez (who I must say, is a doll!) and she just raved over how beautiful our Reese is! Reese also had to get her Hep B shot. Mommy definitely had to go out of the room for that. Thankfully, Daddy and Nona were there to console her. She's been sleeping ever since. Such a trooper!
Here's a picture of her ready to go...the first time I've put a bow in her hair - it was adorable!! 
Oh, and I just have to share this picture - her toes are so funny. They're so slender and she has the perfect 'flip-flop' toes - just like her mommy!
Oh and FYI - Reese will be dedicated in the evening service on May 4th at FBC Jax.

I was telling J the same thing - about how I can't even remember life without Owen. It's great being a mommy, isn't it?

I'm *almost* done editing your pictures from Wednesday...as soon as we get those pictures on Saturday and I edit I'll order proofs....might be Wednesday, at latest Thurs :)
