Time to be Thankful on a Tuesday...

As I sit here with MANY emotions and thoughts running through my head - most positive, some negative, I am taking time to reflect on the things I am thankful for today.

*Thankful for my husband. He does so many things for me that I do not deserve. His love is unconditional for me and for that I am thankful. I'm thankful to wake up beside a Godly man who is raising his family the best he knows how, asking God for guidance.
*Thankful for my sweet sweet miracle, Reese. Even though naptime today was a struggle and I got frustrated, I am so thankful for the opportunity to stay home with her and put her down for naps. So thankful for the smile she puts on our faces EACH day and for the smart little two year old that she is, so thankful for the laughs she gives us, so thankful for the songs she sings, so thankful for her imagination, so thankful she loves us. Our lives are happier now than we could have ever imagined. Being a mommy is really top notch :) The Lord has blessed us SO much with her.
*Thankful for the next few weeks as we begin the IVF process. The time has come and I am a nervous wreck. I pray each day for peace that only my Jesus can give and pray that he blesses my womb. We will know soon!
*Thankful for my home. Thankful for air conditioning on these HOT HOT days. Thankful for a bed to sleep in and food in my pantry.
*Thankful for my family. I could not ask for a more supportive family and I am so thankful God placed me in it. They love me unconditional and love Reese with their whole hearts!.
*Thankful for my friends. God has brought so many life-long friends into our lives over the last 2 years. I'm thankful for their prayers, for their support, for their sense of humor, for the ears to listen when I'm an emotional wreck and feel like a social outcast.
*Thankful for my church family. Clay and I are SO blessed to be attending a bible-believing, Christ-seeking church. We are so thankful for a Pastor who preaches week after week the truth. We have grown so much over the last 2 years.

Pray for us. Pray for me. Pray for my womb, that it would be blessed with a baby. We would covet your prayers over the next couple of weeks. Love to you all.
