I hosted the annual Cookie Exchange at my house on Saturday. This was started by my granny and her close friends MANY years ago, something like 16 or 17 years ago, and then once their daughters got old enough, they became involved and now it's a full-on tradition that happens the 2nd Saturday each December. They have it at a different house every year, and this time it was my turn - it won't be at my house for another 15 or so years :)
We had a good time of fellowship and some yumm-o food! I served some appetizers and delicious potato soup (made by Chef Pappaw) and then of course, the cookies!
