2010: Glad to see you behind us!

Well, as I sit here and read my 'year-end' post from last year, I can't help have some of the same feelings. This time last year, I thought FOR SURE we'd have a better year. But good grief, in some aspects it was much worse. I'm thankful 2010 is behind us...so thankful. We experienced financial difficulties (again), broken hearts and job loss. We also had many victories of a healthy TWO year old little girl, a new BETTER job, paying off almost all debt and more family and friend support than we couldve ever thought possible.

Thought I would pick out TEN of my favorite pictures of 2010 (because we all know I need to put a number on it or you'll be here all night looking at my "favorites" :))

As much as my year was an EMOTIONAL rollercoaster, I did achieve a HUGE personal goal. As of tonight, I am 25 lbs down. Started Weight Watchers in September and I am VERY pleased with my weight loss so far. I am down TWO (*almost 3*) dress/pants sizes and one shirt size. It feels so good. For that, I am proud of myself. I've got a ways to go....but 25 lbs ain't too shabby for a little over 3 months.

So....here's to 2011. I don't necessarily have any resolutions....just some goals. Another 15 lbs down, payoff the rest of our debt, save more money, check things off my "house to-do" list and most importantly, improve my relationship with God and my husband. I've got alot to work on in that last area. I struggle, struggle alot. My prayer is to be more faithul in studying my Bible, more faitful in my prayers and a better wife to Clay.

Alright, 2011....can you bring me a baby?! Puh-lease :) I'm ready to complete my family.
