Hands On with Daddy and Mommy

A few weekends ago (actually it was OVER a month ago..almost two months ago, but who's counting...I'm SO behind!) we took Reese to the "Hands On Museum" in Jacksonville. I hadn't been in several years and Clay nor Reese had ever been. It was 127 degrees outside so we needed something inside for our family day! It wasn't too expensive to get in and we had such a nice time.

There was so much for Reese to do, she was a bit overwhelmed when we first got there but soon became very comfortable and led us around to each activity station, played for a few minutes and on to the next one we went...around and around and around.

We played grocery store - cashier and customer:

Slid down a slide a few (hundred) times:

Played in the very clean (I just had to tell myself that. Can you imagine ALL the germs hiding in this thing!) ball pit:

Pretended to be a fireman in the firetruck:

Next up, waitressing at the local diner:

A puppet show from the cutest puppeteer in town:

And to end our time there, she chose to slide down the big slide ONE last time :)

I would have never believed that someone could look so much like Clay, but be so adorable ;)
