Little Girl, Big Personality

This little girl had her two year old appointment on Tuesday with our favorite doctor, Dr. Kim. I always look forward to seeing her and catching up and of course, showing off my Reese!

Clay had to work Tuesday and to save myself alot of strees, I always like for someone to tag along to doctors appointments with me. I asked my moma to go and she suggested that we make a day trip out of it and stop by the park for a picnic and to play on the playground for a while. We went to Riverside Park, which is a park that I frequented as a little girl to feed the ducks! We stopped by Arby's to pick up lunch and enjoyed a picnic by the pond watching the ducks and turtles. We let Reese feed the ducks a few pieces of bread and then she spotted the playground! We swang and slid and swang and slid. Reese had so much fun :) and so did mommy and Nona!

Reese's stats and what she's up to lately:

Weight: 23 lbs (10th %tile)
Height: 32 in (15th %ile)

Yep, she's small and will probably always be that way. And that's okay with us!

*Dr. Kim said she's perfect and I have to agree. She also said that most of the things she is doing now is more like a three year old - wow!

*She LOVES to sing -a few of her favorites: Jesus Loves Me, Rock a Bye Baby, ABCs, Itsy Bitsy Spider, and The Wheels on the Bus.

*Current favorite TV shows: Yo Gabba Gabba, Barney, Mickey Mouse Clubhouse

*Favorite foods: tomatoes, cheese, hotdogs, suckers, and she loves to drink Sprite or Orange Soda. She still drinks chocolate milk and likes applejuice.

*Her vocabulary is expanding EVERY day - she is VERY easy to understand and can now put together complete sentences. She repeats EVERYTHING and most often it can be understood. Her conversation skills amaze me! She's very polite and always says, "no ma'am".

*She loves to pretend - playing tea with her new tea set, driving in her car to other peoples houses, talking on the phone to her friends, playing and cooking in her kitchen and pretending to eat and drink what she fixes,...etc, etc, etc :)

*She loves to be a mommy to her babies and is very particular about it. I love to watch her. She loves real babies too and loves to hold them!

*Reese is our greatest joy! We are so thankful to be her parents. We pray each day for her and for the Lord to guide us in parenting her.

Love the picture of Reese & Nona on the slide! Very cute! I like the way you listed her stats /faves. Don't be surprised if I borrow that format from you.
