We've had one sick little girl on our hands for the past week. Thank you all for the prayers and concerns, I really do have such great friends :)
Thankfully, Reese is getting better by the hour and even made it to the Splash Park today to play with friends. This is our first 'real sickness' in 15 months (I know, counting my blessings right now!) and I just about had a mental breakdown on Sunday - I was mentally, physically, and emotionally exhausted and just wanted to make my sweet Reese feel better. It was so hard not to be able to 'fix' her. I can fix everything else, why not her? I couldn't understand...
Her diagnosis was an ear infection and then a few days later thrush. Some yucky stuff, I tell ya! Now, she's just very hoarse and congested. Doesn't quite have all of her energy back - but WAY better than the last several days.
I know I've totally been slacking on blogging. I'll get back in the swing of things soon, I promise. I've got lots of pictues to edit...and post :) Stay tuned!

Glad to hear she's feeling better. It's so sad when our babies are sick.. Praying for you & Clay this week!!
I know how that feels, I feel the same way when Olivia is sick. It is a blessing that she hasn't gotten sick before this. Glad to hear she's doing better. We hope to make it to the splash park one of these days with you guys:)
