Where has the time gone?

Today, Reese is 4 months old! I can't believe she's been with us for 4 months. I have LOVED every minute of it and can't wait for the rest!




At 4 months, Reese loves:
*her mommy, seriously, sometimes only mommy works - and I love it!
*her daddy - morning play time is the best!
*all her grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins - who spoil her rotten!

*morning time - it's her happiest time - she'll just talk and play for a long time - then it's nap time!
*to be held!
*watching movement - any kind: TV, lights, fans, toys, people...
*rolling over - just doesn't know what to do when she gets there
*outside - sometimes that's the only thing that soothes her
*being rocked - she calms right down
*laughing - she has the most unique laugh and it's precious!
*being talked to - she's got to check the situation out first before she gives too many smiles away, but after that, she's all smiles!



At 4 months, Reese doesn't like so much:
*the carseat
*the stroller - so most of the time, in the stores, we hold her and stroll around an empty stroller...fun! Hopefully the sling I ordered will help that!
*taking naps - although she's getting better at it!
*baths - she still just tolerates them - doesn't smile or cry
*being ignored - but who does?

We have been so blessed with a very good baby and I can't wait to watch her grow up (just not too fast!). I love what motherhood has done for me - it's hard to explain - except for, everyone needs to do it :)
