"Uncle Ta"

My brother, Thomas, and Reese's 'Uncle Ta', left for college yesterday. He headed out to FSU to begin a new chapter in his life. This makes me feel WAY old thinking about my little brother moving away and going to college.

What an exciting time of your life this is! You're going to do GREAT and will LOVE it! Although, I didn't have the 'move away from family' college experience, I've seen it lived out through several close friends and they all seemed to have the time of their lives and made some of their best memories during their time away. We will miss your quick whit around the house. Reese will probably make several trips back to your room to find you and probably won't understand that you're not there and won't be there for a while. She'll still come looking for her 'Uncle Ta'. Hope you visit home often, but not too often, the weekend is the time to make friends and hangout with no worries of class or homework. Have fun! Call us - Reese will want to talk to you :) We love you!
