Boy, has it been hot here :) So, when Katie invited us over to swim last week, we were all for it! The water was cold, but it sure felt good!
If that day at the pool is ANY indication on how 'independent' Reese is going to *try* to be this summer, we're in for an exhausting summer! She thought she needed to do it all by herself - swim, walk around the pool, sit by the pool, you name it!

Sara Gale *loved* the water! As you can see, it completely relaxed her!
Reese, on the other hand, kind of liked the water. She didn't stay in too long. I think it's because she couldn't just sit and play like the bath tub.

I think it's the age-Olivia thinks she's Miss Independent when she's around water. Get her some waterwings-she can be independent and you won't have to worry as much. A little baby pool aways works too. Again, I can't wait until summer so we can crash ya'lls play dates:) If you don't mind of course:)

i'm afraid kennedy is goin to be that way! completely fearless! we have a long summer ahead of us! maybe they'll learn to swim earlier sense they're so fearless!! we can only pray!..lol!
