Happy Father's Day

Today, Clay celebrated his very first Father's Day with Reese and I. We surprised him with a new satellite radio and a Carhartt T-shirt this morning. He was SO excited and has already installed it in his truck.

I'm so thankful for Clay. I love him even more now that he's a daddy to our Reese. Reese and I love you, sweetheart! :)

Wednesday: Doctor's Appt
This picture is from the day of the appt - she was asleep before we were even out the door.



Thursday and Friday: Reese was trying to recover from her shots. She is *almost* back to normal. She ran a low-grade fever until Saturday and her poor little tummy has been upset. She's been VERY clingy to me and just wants to be held.

Saturday: Reese was invited to her friend Kate's first birthday. She slept alot of the time, but was happy when she woke up. Kate's party was precious and I can't believe she's already one. It was a cupcake theme - which was ADORABLE!

Of course, she had to get a new outfit to go - her first black and white outfit, perfectly paired with a big red bow! (Clay says I'm trying to get her to dress like me...if you haven't ever noticed, I always wear black and white...)








We finished up the week by going to Sunday School and church. Reese was asleep before we even walked out the door. The dress she wore today is one of my favorites!





Side note about church: I have yet to stay a whole service in church the last several weeks because Reese always decides to have a poopy diaper during church. And she is NOT a quiet pooper. It's quite funny. I practically have to run out of the auditorium before people start to notice - it's very potent! This morning she decided to do it during Sunday School AND church!

We went to Clay's parents to eat Sunday lunch. Here are a few pictures from the afternoon: *Emma Grace slept the whole time and Callie was inside...so it's only Brenton, Ethan, and Reese in the pictures*







What we're most looking forward to this week:
Nona, Carlee, and Thomas come home from Europe. We can't wait for them to come home on Wednesday! YAY!
