My longest friend, the beautiful Molly Hamrick became Mrs. Tidwell this weekend. My mom and her mom grew up good friends so we “knew” each other in the womb. I treasure her friendship so much and I’m so thankful for what an encouragement she has been to me through the years and such loyal friend.
It was such a special weekend and beautiful wedding and we are so thankful that we were apart of it. From the pedicures, to the Bridesmaid’s luncheon, to the Rehearsal and Dinner, to the Wedding, everything was just perfect. Reese was the flower girl and did such a good job. Although, she and Caden (the ring bearer that she walked down with) were bribed with Dum Dum’s for the rehearsal and the wedding…whatever works! They walked down the aisle hand in hand with big smiles on their faces.
I was busy keeping up with all the events and my 3 year old that I didn’t get many pictures but the few that I have, I will treasure. Molly was absolutely GLOWING with pure excitement that she was getting married. I can’t wait to see the pictures the sweet photographer took – I know they’re going to be amazing.
Oh and I have to quote a friend that said the reception was the “Father of the Bride” reception on steroids. Cause it was. Seriously, every little detail was just perfect. I wish I would’ve gotten pictures. It was in The Hamrick Family backyard under a huge white tent. There was good food, good friends, DELICIOUS cakes (I had a hard time choosing – about 10 different cakes from Biscotti’s) and lots of fun dancing going on.
I’m absolutely thrilled for Ben and Molly – I can’t wait to see how the Lord is going to use their new ministry, as husband and wife, together for His glory.
