TRULY the *happiest* place on Earth

On Sunday, December 20th (Nona's Birthday), we (Nona, Reese, Laurie, Emma and I)travelled down to Disney for the day. This was Reese's first trip and I couldn't wait to take her. Seriously, Disney is one of my favorite places on earth! We woke up early and headed on our way!

This was her second favorite ride, "BUMBO!" (Nona even bought her a Dumbo stuffed toy for Christmas and she remembered :)


Back on the Carousel. This time we rode it 4 times in a row without getting off. I think it was probably around 9pm. She was being funny and I look just plain wore out!



I am so thankful that Laurie and Emma went with us. We had a BLAST with them and it was nice to have an extra hand to help with my busy-body daughter :)

We cannot wait to go back. Reese was PERFECT all day and I think only had one meltdown which only lasted 5 minutes and landed her a nap!
Clay and I purchased a hotel package from a deal with the Bargain Channel at a Disney Hotel (3 days and 2 nights for $69!!) so we are going to use that in February or March. I smile thinking about our trip as a family.

By the way, I promise to be better at blogging. I couldn't decide whether to go back and catch up on the last few months or just pick up where we are - I think I'm just going to pick up where I am - too stressful to try and worry about all that.
