Weekend at the lake..

Saturday evening after Clay got home from work, we loaded up (it seemed as if we were leaving for several days, not just 2 1/2) the Jeep and headed down to the lake for the weekend. We loaded up suitcases, diapers, boppy pillow, bottles, and Bailey and headed out. It takes about 2 hours to get there from Hilliard and Reese slept the whole time. She was GREAT!

We had a great time and the weather was perfect! It was nice getting a little help with Reese with her feedings and entertainment during fussy times. She was a little off her schedule but it didn't seem to mess her up too much. She likes all the attention. Bailey, on the other hand, was a different story. She is usually not a high-maintenance dog AT ALL but, being one of three dogs there she was something else! She got into one of the other dogs food, so it messed up her stomach. She was using the bathroom EVERYWHERE! She is not an outside dog, but became a porch dog this weekend. It was kinda pitiful and frustrating all at the same time. We're home and she is happy!

We stopped by the outlet mall on the way home - which was interesting to do with Reese and Bailey. We pretty much just took turns going in and out of stores that we wanted. First stop was Gap Outlet - we found some good deals there. Then, I wanted to go to the Carter's Outlet. Boy, that place was incredible! I had never been in there. I got some really good deals - I bought for the fall and for next spring/summer, too! Some cute, cute clothes!!! I can't wait for Reese to wear them. I did buy some for this summer as well!

Then, we headed home. Reese had some what of a stomachache so didn't sleep on the way home but maybe for 30 minutes on and off. She was exhausted when we got home and took a good nap. We'll all be glad to be back in our own beds tonight, even Bailey!
